Mizudashi Cold Brew Coffee Pot (HARIO)
The Hario Mizudashi is easy to use, dishwasher-safe and brews outstanding cold brew coffee. Cold water brewing produces a low-acidity, low-bitterness coffee, with a mellow mouthfeel and rounded sweetness that is typical of this brew method.
Cold brew coffee is a great way to enjoy the rich and distinctive notes of speciality Colombian coffee. This pot allows you to make a perfect cold brew coffee at home.
Simply fill in the filter cone with your favourite coffee beans from Hermanos, add room temperature water (filtered water) into the pot and stir the grounds gently to let the coffee soak into the water fully. Once the coffee grounds are wet, store the cold brew pot in the refrigerator and leave it for at least 18-24 hours. Then, take the mesh filter out and drain it.
You can dilute to your taste and make your own additions to the cold brew to make it that little bit more interesting. Bring on the summer!
