Testing For Perfection
We work closely with our producers to get coffee samples which are tested thoroughly and profiled at our coffee lab in the UK. We assess the quality of the beans and share our feedback so that practices can be adjusted (where needed) and future crops can retain profitability.

Cauca
(1700–2100 MASL) Situated on the Colombian plateau with protection from surrounding mountains, Cauca enjoys an optimal microclimate for coffee growing year round. Bright, medium-bodied, clean and sweet coffees with floral notes are commonly produced here. Huila
(1250–2000 MASL) Huila is celebrated for its award-winning coffees. Boasting a perfect combination of high quality soil and high elevations, Huila is one of the largest coffee producing regions in Colombia—known for sweet and fruit forward coffees. The unique combination of high altitudes, varied microclimates, and fertile soils imparts a distinct, fruity brightness to its beans. Huila's coffee captivates with its complex flavours, and floral undertones.
Quindio
(1400–2000 MASL) Quindio is located in the central “coffee belt” of Colombia along with other famous growing regions Caldas and Antioquia. High elevations and fertile volcanic soils in this area create the perfect environment for producing coffee with bright acidity, medium body, and a rich, fruity aroma. Quindío's dedication to traditional, sustainable farming practices further enhances the quality of its beans making it a popular destination for coffee lovers.

(1200–1900 MASL) Tolima, an enchanting region nestled between the Andean mountains, is gaining recognition for its exceptional coffee. The area's diverse microclimates and elevations give rise to beans with a smooth, full body, medium acidity, and a sweet, caramel-like finish. Tolima's commitment to environmentally friendly and socially responsible practices further distinguishes its coffee production and popular destination for coffee roasters.
Antioquia
(1300–2200 MASL) The region where coffee was first introduced to Colombia, Antioquia is located amidst central and Western mountain ranges (cordilleras) that offer ideal coffee growing conditions. Farms here tend to produce coffees that are smooth and well-balanced. With its ideal climate and diverse micro-regions, Antioquia's coffee boasts a balanced body, medium acidity, and notes of nuts and chocolate, appealing to a wide range of palates.
