How much will it cost me to get my order delivered?

You can qualify for FREE delivery by spending over Ā£25 on coffee beans.Ā Alternatively, we offer a next-day UK delivery with DPD for Ā£3.50 if your order doesn't qualify. International shipping available ā€“Ā just enter the address to see cost estimate at check out.

Am I able to get free delivery on my order?

We currently offer free delivery on any orders of Colombian coffee beans costing Ā£25 or more! Additionally, any orders placed through our coffee subscription service are delivered free of charge.

What are my delivery options?

We offer one delivery option, which is next-day delivery through DPD.Ā 

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Yes, we do ship internationally. For cost estimate, justĀ enter the international address at checkout.If you are a business looking for a wholesale coffee supplier, please contact us directly viaĀ wholesale@hermanoscoffeeroasters.com.

When will my order be dispatched?

Once you have placed your order, we will aim to prepare, package, and deliver your Colombian coffee to you within 2-3 business days. Any orders made before 10am will typically be delivered on the next business day. This is the same for any orders placed through our subscription service.

How long will my order take to arrive?Ā 

Coffee orders should take no more than 2-3 working days to arrive, except for circumstances outside of our control such as Bank Holidays. If you order before 10am on Monday-Thursday, we will ship your order the same day, which means it should arrive on the next working day. Orders placed after 10am or on a weekend (Friday-Sunday) will be processed the following working day, for example an order placed at midday on Tuesday should arrive by Thursday.

Can I track my order?Ā 

Yes! Once your order has been prepared for delivery, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with all necessary information for tracking your parcel. If you opt for standard delivery with Royal Mail, however, you will not be provided with any tracking information.

Are accessories included in the minimum order threshold needed for free delivery?

Due to the higher cost of shipping our specialty coffee accessories, we do not currently allow accessory purchases to count towards the minimum order total for free deliveries. Customers much reach a minimum of Ā£25 with coffee beans (only) to receive free shipping on their orders

My order hasn't arrived, what can I do?

Weā€™re very sorry to hear that your order hasnā€™t arrived yet. In the unlikely event that this happens, please get in touch with us atĀ info@hermanoscoffeeroasters.comĀ and someone will aim to get back to you within 24 hours to make it right.Ā 

How does the subscription delivery service work?Ā 

Our subscription service couldnā€™t be easier. You just need to choose how much Colombian coffee beans you want, how often you want to receive them, and how you like your beans prepared (e.g. whole beans or coffee ground suitable for French Press.).
