I'm not satisfied with my order, am I able to get a refund?

If you’re not happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us at info@hermanoscoffeeroasters.com and we’ll look into sorting it out as soon as possible. We hope that all of our customers love Colombian coffee as much as we do, but if there’s a problem we’ll make sure to fix it. To be eligible for a refund or return, your order must be unused, unopened, and be sent back with its original packaging.

How long will it take for me to get my refund?

Once we’ve received your item, we will aim to refund your money within 3-4 working days. We cannot process your refund until we have received the item.

Can I swap my order for something different if I'm not happy with it?

If your order is still unopened and in its original packing, we are happy to swap it for you.

We ask that you email us beforehand at info@hermanoscoffeeroasters.com with details of why you would like to swap and what you would like to swap your order for. After this, the order will need to be sent back to us at your own expense, and we will happily deliver your new order to you free of charge.

I received something different to what I ordered, what can I do about it?

If you received the wrong coffee beans, please let us know at info@hermanoscoffeeroasters.com and we’ll arrange for your order to be re-delivered and for the incorrect order to be sent back!

How long do I have to decide if I want to return my order?

Any returns or refunds for our coffee or equipment must be requested within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Can I return an online order to one of your shops?

Yes, you can return an online order to one of our coffee shops, as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging. We ask that you email us before doing so at info@hermanoscoffeeroasters.com to let us know which shop you would like to return your order to. Once the shop has received the item your refund should take 3-4 working days to be processed. Unfortunately we do not offer immediate refunds in-store.

My order arrived damaged, can I get a replacement sent to me?

We’re sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. In the event of this happening, please send us proof of damage to our email address info@hermanoscoffeeroasters.com. Once the damage has been confirmed, we will send you a prepaid envelope that the order can be returned in. Once we have received the original item, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
