FRENCH PRESS (IMMERSION)


Tip: Decant the coffee immediately after brewing so it doesn’t become bitter.

Tip: Wet the filter with hot water and pour it away before brewing.

Medium Grind Size

CHEMEX (DRIP)


Tip: When you pour your ground coffee into the filter give it a gentle shake to flatten the bed, allowing for water to spread more evenly.

ESPRESSO (PRESSURE)


Tip: Give the tamper a gentle spin/turn. This will smooth, or “polish” the grounds for an even extraction.

Tip: Make sure the entire assembly of your AeroPress is dry and add more water to dilute strength as needed.
