About The Coffee
One of our favourite finds from Huila. The coffee was grown and harvested by Brayan, who later partnered with the farmers at Vergel to complete the processing of these beans. This collaboration has really produced an outstanding coffee. The Anaerobic Fruit Fermentation of this coffee brings out some great notes of blackcurrants, with a creamy apricot yoghurt finish.

Brayan is the farmer of this incredible coffee. He was born in Acevedo, a municipality in the Huila region. From a young age, his father taught him everything he knew about coffee growing, harvest and processing. Since he was thirteen years old he would help his father at the farm after school, and the passion for specialty coffee grew exponentially. Brayan collaborated with the farmers at El Vergel to complete the processing of this coffee, which has produced an outstanding result.
