OUR THOUGHTS
We have a natural coffee back in stock (for a limited time only) and it was definitely worth the wait. Whether it’s a juicy pour over or a fancy espresso, Finca Santa Monica shows amazing performance with any brewing method. This coffee is packed full of fruity flavours like wild strawberries, pineapple as well as earthier notes of roasted nuts and chocolates. This is Victor’s favourite and it’s not hard to see why — the whole team loves it so much too!
ORIGIN
This coffee was grown by Jairo Arcila at the Santa Monica microlot. It is a 100% Castillo coffee and was exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation period of 30 hours.
Jairo Arcila started growing coffee 35 years ago when his father got very sick and couldn’t manage his farm on his own anymore. After just a few years, Jairo managed to purchase his own land and continues growing coffee today.
