OUR THOUGHTS
We still remember the incredible experience of tasting Finca Las Flores for the first time and how we immediately knew we had to add it to our collection. This one is a very complex coffee offering tropical fruit punch tasting notes as well as a smooth and deliciously chocolatey finish.
ORIGIN
Finca Las Flores is owned by the Vergara family who first started the farm in 1990. Today, it's run by siblings and fourth generation coffee producers Jhoan and Carlos who each handle different sides of the business alongside their small but capable team.
Jhoan is heavily involved in quality control and relationships with local cooperatives while Carlos and Diego are in charge of coffee processing and agronomy — all looking to constantly improve the coffee produced on Finca Las Flores and build a reputation for their vibrant 25 hectare farm.
