Introducing one of our all time favourites, a perfect morning coffee from Monday to Sunday! El Fresno is a crowd-pleasing coffee, showcasing rich and smooth textures along with intense tasting notes of dark chocolate, pistachio, and salted caramel.
A great option for those who love Kurumukis, this coffee offers a similar cupping profile, but with even more depth and varied flavours. We strongly recommend El Fresno as a substitute for Kurumukis, or if you’re looking for a great everyday bean!
ORIGIN
El Fresno comes from the El Vergel farm in the region of Tolima, run by Martha and her two sons, Elias and Shady Bayter. The brothers started experimenting with their coffee by creating and using new technologies that improve the quality of their farming processes, therefore also improving their income and the livelihood of their family and farm.
