OUR THOUGHTS
This is a very complex coffee led by tropical fruit notes such as passion fruit, mango and pineapple as well as complex citric aromas and flavours like blood orange and lime. Its acidity is sparkling and structured, which we feel brightens up the whole profile — a wonderful partner in crime to the honey orange batch from the same farm (we recommend trying these side by side if possible). This is a limited edition micro lot batch so get it while it's still available!
ORIGIN
Jairo started growing coffee around 35 year ago after his father got sick and couldn’t manage his farm anymore. A third generation coffee grower in Quindo, he continued his family’s work until the day he was able to purchase his own plot of land where today he produces some truly exceptional coffees.
