STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
- Rinse the filter paper with hot water to eliminate any paper taste.
- Set up your Aeropress on top of your cup.
- Grind the coffee beans to a medium consistency. The grind size can be adjusted depending on your taste and the brewing time.
- Add the ground coffee to the Aeropress.
- Pour 30g of hot water over the coffee and let it bloom for 30 seconds.
- Add the remaining 170g of water, starting from the center and spiraling outwards in a circular motion.
- Stir the coffee about 5 times with the Aeropress stirrer.
- Let the coffee infuse for around 1 minute.
- Stir once more before plunging the coffee.
- Slowly push down the plunger for about 30 seconds.
- Remove the Aeropress.
- Swirl the brewed coffee gently in the mug or carafe to homogenize the flavors.
